Fees

Hoegen Dijkhof''s fees will be established on a case to case basis. Hoegen Dijkhof shall charge as agreed with our client in writing, and failing such an agreement, at the hourly rates pursuant our Current Fee Schedule.
Possible fee arrangements are:

An hourly rate with a cap
A fixed amount
In suitable cases, no cure no pay
In other suitable cases, fixed amount combined with no cure no pay
A retainer agreement.
